Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup bottled buffalo wing sauce
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Ball Park® Golden Hamburger Buns
- 4 leaves Bibb lettuce
- 4 slices beefsteak tomato
- 4 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing
Method
- Prepare your outdoor grill for cooking and lightly grease the grate with oil.
- Coat the chicken breast halves with wing sauce and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken, continuing to brush it with wing sauce, until it is cooked through with no pink remaining and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
- Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over each hamburger bun and toast them on the grill until they turn a golden colour.
- Place one lettuce leaf on the base of each bun, then add a tomato slice, a chicken breast, a spoonful of blue cheese dressing, and finally the top bun.
