Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Method

  1. Combine the cold water with the salt, parsley, sage, black pepper, thyme, and coriander in a bowl, stirring thoroughly.
  2. Mix the ground pork into the seasoned water until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Place a cover on the bowl and put it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
