Spicy BBQ Chicken
This recipe offers a traditional American BBQ chicken with a sauce that packs a little extra personality. It begins by sautéing onion and garlic, then simmering them with ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to create a rich, spicy glaze. The chicken pieces are then grilled, basted constantly with the sauce, until perfectly cooked through. It's a very tasty and satisfying dish ideal for a family dinner.
