Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled,minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
  • 1 lb linguine

Method

  1. Warm 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan.
  2. Introduce the minced garlic and jalapeno to the pan.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes until softened without browning.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, ginger, honey, and hot pepper sauce.
