Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 jalapenos, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, reserve marinade
  • 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce, green jalapeno sauce
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese using a food processor fitted with a metal blade.
  2. Incorporate the softened cream cheese and blend thoroughly.
  3. Move the combined cheese mixture into a separate mixing bowl.
  4. Place the seeded jalapeños in the processor to chop them, then add the drained artichoke hearts and pulse until coarsely chopped.
  5. Transfer the chopped artichoke and jalapeño mix, along with the jalapeño sauce, into the bowl with the cheese.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined.
  7. If the mixture seems too thick, stir in a little of the reserved artichoke marinade to reach your preferred consistency.
  8. Season with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper according to your taste.
  9. Place the dip in the refrigerator to chill before you plan to serve it.
  10. Offer it alongside an assortment of crackers or chips.
