This recipe yields exceptionally tender pork chops cooked slowly in a crock pot with a flavourful sauce of tomato, onion, green pepper, and brown sugar. The chops are first browned before being combined with the other ingredients and left to cook for an extended period. The resulting dish is ideal when served over a bed of rice, with the rich sauce spooned over the top.
