  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.5 cup raisins

Method

  1. Set your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Prepare two 8x5-inch loaf pans by spraying them with cooking spray.
