Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans sliced potatoes, drained
  • 4.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 4.5 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Method

  1. Place the butter in a large skillet and melt it.
  2. Add the drained potatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika and garlic salt to the skillet and stir to combine.
  3. Cook the mixture, giving it an occasional stir, until the potatoes are tender and have turned a reddish brown colour, about 12 minutes.
