Spiced & Sweet Lassis
This recipe shows you how to prepare two traditional Indian lassis, a cooling yogurt-based drink. One version is savoury and spiced with toasted cumin and fresh coriander, while the other is delicately sweetened with sugar and fragrant rosewater. Both are wonderfully frothy and ideal for serving alongside an Indian dinner. The entire process takes just 5 minutes to complete and yields six servings.
