Spanish Tomato Bread with Jamón Serrano

Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes chopped
- 1 garlic clove finely chopped
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- pepper
- 20 slices of baguette
- 5-6 slices Serrano ham
Method
- Combine the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped garlic clove, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate this mixture until you are ready to use it.
- For serving, toast the 20 slices of baguette. Place a small spoonful of the tomato topping onto each piece of toast. Tear the 5-6 slices of jamón Serrano into pieces and position one piece on top of each slice of bread.
