Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 medium potato peeled and diced
  • 1litre ham or pork stock
  • 500g frozen petit pois
  • 300g thickly sliced ham trimmed of any fat and diced

Method

  1. Place the chopped onion, diced potato, 1litre of stock and 500g of frozen peas into your soup maker. Select the smooth soup setting, ensuring the ingredients do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  2. After the programme finishes, season the soup to your taste. Stir in the 300g of diced ham and serve immediately.
