Simple Heart of Palm and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 400g can palm hearts drained and sliced into rounds
  • 250g pack cherry tomato halved
  • 2 spring onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • large handful flat-leaf parsley chopped

Method
