Ingredients
- 4 medium pork chops or 1 medium pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons marjoram
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons rosemary
- 2 tablespoons lavender flowers
- salt & pepper
Method
- Place the pork chops into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Generously season the top side with lavender flowers, ground rosemary, marjoram, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle a little honey over the seasoned pork.
- Turn the pork over and apply the same seasoning blend to the other side.
- Scatter a small quantity of brown sugar over the pork before it goes into the oven.
- Bake at 35o degrees for about 30-45 minutes, depending on how thick the pork is.
