Salmon With Chili-honey Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 lbs salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper

Method
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with foil.
- Mix the orange juice, lime juice, honey, ground cumin, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce together until the honey is fully incorporated.
- Drizzle roughly half of this glaze over the salmon, season with salt and fresh ground black pepper, and bake for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
- After half the baking time has passed, pour the rest of the glaze over the fish.
- Take the salmon out of the oven once it is fully cooked.
- Transfer the salmon to plates, spoon the reduced glaze from the pan on top, and accompany with lime wedges.
