Ingredients

  • 10 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dry vermouth
  • 2 red snapper steaks

Method

  1. Combine the minced garlic with the melted butter.
  2. Cook the garlic butter mixture until it becomes a golden colour.
  3. Pour the dry vermouth into the pan.
  4. Add black pepper according to your preference.
  5. Preheat your kitchen broiler.
  6. Place the snapper steaks onto a broiler pan.
  7. Coat the fish with the prepared garlic butter.
  8. Broil the fish 10 cm from the heat for 10-15 minutes until opaque.
  9. Accompany the cooked fish with the leftover seasoned butter.
  10. Serve immediately.
