Ingredients

  • 12 small red new potatoes
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 2 pounds kielbasa, diced

Method

  1. Place the potatoes, diced onion, chopped celery, baby carrots and diced kielbasa into a large pot.
  2. Pour in enough water to cover all the ingredients completely.
  3. Set the pot over heat and bring the contents to a rolling boil.
  4. Once boiling, lower the heat and allow the soup to simmer gently for 1 hour.
