Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Pisco
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • Angostura bitters

Method

  1. Prepare the sugar syrup by combining the sugar and water in a pot and bringing it to a boil. Allow it to boil for 1 minute, then take it off the heat and leave it to cool completely.
