Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese or 8 ounces grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/3 cup milk
Method
