Parmesan Crisps With Garlic and Pepper
These Italian Parmesan crisps are a quick and savoury snack. Freshly grated cheese is mixed with minced garlic and ground pepper, then baked until golden and crisp. Ingredients
- 2 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Method
- Set your oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Mix the freshly grated Parmesan cheese with the minced garlic and ground pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crisps turn a golden colour. Allow them to cool completely before serving.
