Ingredients
- 1 large onion (or 2 Small)
- 25 g panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp paprika
- sea salt (to taste)
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- low calorie cooking spray
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 220°C.
- Remove the onion skin, slice it into 1cm thick rounds, and pull apart the individual rings.
- Combine the panko breadcrumbs with paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk the egg thoroughly in a separate bowl.
