Orange Roughy in Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb orange roughy, cut into fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Method
- Heat your oven to 450.
- Rinse the fish fillets with water and then dry them using paper towels.
- Place the prepared fillets to one side.
