Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb orange roughy, cut into fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 1/4 cup onion, cut into rings

Method

  1. Heat your oven to 450.
  2. Rinse the fish fillets with water and then dry them using paper towels.
  3. Place the prepared fillets to one side.
