Mountain Dew Apple Cobbler
This distinctive dessert features Granny Smith apple sections individually wrapped in crescent roll dough. They are arranged in a dish, covered with a blend of melted butter and sugar, and then drenched in Mountain Dew soda before baking. The result is a sweet, gooey tart, which can be finished with cinnamon and nuts. It is ideal for serving with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. The recipe yields 16 rolls and takes about 60 minutes to prepare and bake.
