Mojito Mocktail
This non-alcoholic mojito mocktail offers a vibrant and refreshing alternative to the classic cocktail. It blends fresh mint leaves with zesty lime juice and a touch of sugar, finished with sparkling soda water over ice. Perfect for parties or a quick, flavourful drink, this Latin American-inspired recipe serves two and takes only 5 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sugar
- small bunch mint
- 3 limes juiced
- soda water
Method
- In a pestle and mortar, or using a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin, muddle the sugar together with the leaves taken from the mint.
- Fill two tall glasses with a handful of crushed ice each. Split the lime juice between the glasses, adding the mint mixture as well. Place a straw in each and finish by topping up with soda water.
