Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • small bunch mint
  • 3 limes juiced
  • soda water

Method

  1. In a pestle and mortar, or using a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin, muddle the sugar together with the leaves taken from the mint.
  2. Fill two tall glasses with a handful of crushed ice each. Split the lime juice between the glasses, adding the mint mixture as well. Place a straw in each and finish by topping up with soda water.
