Milo Cookies

Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour (sifted)
- 1/2 cup milo (Not the 3-in-1)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup hazelnut kernels, chopped (optional)
Method
- Set your oven to heat to 180.
- Beat the butter and caster sugar together until creamy.
- Incorporate the beaten egg and the Milo powder, mixing thoroughly.
- Gradually blend in the sifted self-rising flour to avoid any lumps.
- Place in the oven at 180 for 15mins. The cookies will rise significantly but will settle once cooled.
