Melting Chilli Bean Wraps
These simple wraps are a fantastic quick snack or treat, ready in just 15 minutes. Filled with a warming mixture of chilli beans and tomatoes, then topped with bubbling mature cheddar, they are grilled until golden. Serve them with a side of cool guacamole for a delicious contrast. Ingredients
- 410g tin mixed beans in chilli sauce
- handful cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 tortillas wraps
- 2 handfuls grated mature cheddar
- ready-made guacamole to serve
Method
- 1. Set your grill to high. Tip the beans into a saucepan, add the halved tomatoes and cook for 5 mins. 2. Spoon the bean mixture evenly onto the tortilla wraps. 3. Sprinkle a small handful of the grated cheese over each one before rolling them up. 4. Place the wraps on a baking sheet and scatter the remaining cheese over the top. 5. Grill for 2-3 mins until the cheese is golden and bubbling. 6. Serve immediately with guacamole on the side.
