Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package Oreo cookies
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

Method

  1. Use a blender or food processor to crush the Oreo cookies completely.
  2. Transfer half of the crushed cookie mixture to cover the base of a 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with the 3 cups of milk, stirring well.
  4. Place the pudding mixture in the refrigerator to chill and set fully.
  5. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup powdered sugar together until the mixture is completely smooth.
  6. Gently fold the set pudding and the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
