  • 1 tablespoon hot Chinese chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine

  • 2 garlic oil
  • 1 lb chicken (sliced)
  • 3/4 lb cabbage

Method

  1. Cook the fresh chillies in the peanut oil, then introduce the sliced chicken and cabbage. Once the chicken has browned on the outside, lower the heat or take the pan off the stove.
  2. Mix the Asian-style dressing, soy sauce, sweet Thai chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, hot Chinese chilli paste, sriracha, garlic oil, chilli flakes, and rice wine in a pan. Simmer this mixture until it reduces and thickens into a sauce. Add the cooked chicken and cabbage to the sauce and continue cooking until everything is fully heated through.
