Healthier Butternut Squash Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 small butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cut into French fry-like strips
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Set your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
