Hamburger Steak With Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup self rising flour
- 1/4 cup self rising flour
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
Method
- Mix all the ingredients for the hamburger steaks together, but leave out the flour.
- Form the meat mixture into patties and coat them thoroughly in the flour.
- Heat some oil in a skillet and cook the patties until they are browned on both sides.
- Take the patties out of the skillet and set them aside.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the gravy until well combined.
- Pour the gravy mixture into the skillet, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Check the seasoning, adding more salt and pepper or seasoned salt if desired.
- Return the patties to the skillet, turning them to cover with gravy.
- Put a lid on the skillet, lower the heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
