Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can pillsbury big country refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (the layer type doesn't work as well)
  • 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 20 slices deli-sliced cooked ham
  • 3 tablespoons stone ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice every biscuit crosswise to create two half-moon pieces, then arrange them on a cookie sheet without greasing.
  3. Use the back of a teaspoon to evenly coat the biscuit tops with 1 tablespoon of mustard.
