  • 3 tablespoons japanese soya sauce (I use Kikkoman low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce (most large grocery stores carry in asian section)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon of chopped green onion

  1. Combine all of the listed ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until everything is well blended.
  3. Serve the sauce immediately as a dip for your gyoza.
  4. You can alter the quantity of hot chilli sauce according to your personal preference.
