This quick and easy dipping sauce is the perfect accompaniment for Japanese gyoza dumplings. Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons japanese soya sauce (I use Kikkoman low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce (most large grocery stores carry in asian section)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2-1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
Method
- Combine all of the listed ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until everything is well blended.
- Serve the sauce immediately as a dip for your gyoza.
- You can alter the quantity of hot chilli sauce according to your personal preference.
