Green Bean Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 (15.5 ounce) cans French cut green beans, drained
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup olive oil

Method

  1. Set your oven to heat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the drained green beans, artichoke hearts, bread crumbs, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well to incorporate. Pour the olive oil evenly over the mixture and cover the dish tightly with aluminium foil.
