Garlic and Parsley Orzo

Ingredients
- 1 lb orzo pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or more)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
Method
- Boil the orzo in salted water until it is cooked through.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the minced garlic and cook it for about 30 seconds.
