Flash-fried Smoked Salmon and Egg Bagel

Ingredients
- 1 half of a split bagel
- 1 tsp creamed horseradish
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- a large slice smoked salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 thinly sliced garlic clove
Method
- Toast the split bagel half. Combine the creamed horseradish with the mayonnaise. In a non-stick frying pan, cook the smoked salmon slice for a few seconds on each side until it becomes opaque.
- Spread the horseradish mayo onto the toasted bagel and place the salmon on top. Add a splash of oil to the pan and fry the egg. When it is nearly done, introduce the thinly sliced garlic clove and let it sizzle briefly. Place the egg over the salmon, season, and finish by scattering the garlic on top.
