Ingredients
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
Method
- Collect all the required ingredients.
- In a large skillet, cook the pork sausage, stirring until it browns and crumbles, about 10 minutes. Remove any extra grease.
