Easy Orange Roughy

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets orange roughy
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, softened
  • 0.25 cup prepared Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend
  • 1 large clove garlic, pressed
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika, or to taste

Method

  1. Turn on your oven's broiler and position a rack roughly 6 inches from the heating element.
  2. Arrange the orange roughy fillets on a broiler pan and drizzle with juice from the lemon half.
  3. Cook the fish under the preheated broiler for 6 to 8 minutes.
  4. Mix the grated Parmesan, softened butter, Dijon mustard mayonnaise blend, pressed garlic and 0.25 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Spoon this mixture over the partially cooked fillets, then dust with 0.5 teaspoon paprika.
