Almost Fat Free Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten

Method
