Corn, Potato and Bell Pepper Chowder
This rich and creamy chowder is a family favourite, substantial enough to serve as a main course. It combines sweet corn, diced potatoes and colourful bell peppers in a savoury base, simmered until the vegetables are perfectly tender. Crispy bacon adds a delicious finish, with optional parmesan cheese and a pinch of cayenne for those who enjoy a little warmth. Perfect with crusty bread for a complete, comforting meal.
