  • 2 1/2 cups Simply Potatoes Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 single refrigerated pie crust
  • 8 ounces frozen peas
  • 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Method

  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Fit the refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch glass pie dish, pressing it into the base and up the sides. Leave it to one side.
