Cold Brew Mojito

This cocktail brings a coffeeshop favourite to your kitchen. It combines the rich flavour of cold brew coffee with the classic mojito elements of fresh mint and lemon. A touch of sugar and a splash of soda water create a perfectly balanced, non-alcoholic drink. You can prepare the entire beverage in about 5 minutes for a quick and invigorating treat.

Cold Brew Mojito

Ingredients

  • 3 slices lemon
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 fluid ounce cold brew coffee
  • 4 cubes ice, or to taste
  • soda water

Method

  1. 1. Halve the lemon slices and tear the mint leaves into three pieces each. Place the lemon, mint and sugar into a cup and muddle them together until the sugar is thoroughly moistened. 2. Pour the cold brew coffee over the muddled mixture. Stir the contents until the sugar has fully dissolved. 3. Add the ice cubes to the cup, then fill the remainder with soda water. Give the drink a final, thorough stir before serving.
