Cheesy Overnight Bacon and Egg Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cheese, shredded (whatever cheese you desire or cheeses)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Method

  1. Lightly coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
  2. Add the shredded cheese to the dish and sprinkle the flour over it. Use your fingers to toss and coat the cheese evenly.
  3. Distribute the crumbled bacon in an even layer over the cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, seasoning salt, dry mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Gently pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese layers.
  6. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator to chill overnight.
