This shareable loaf is transformed into a warm, cheesy centrepiece. A flavourful butter mixture with jalapeño, garlic and spring onion is spread into diamond cuts in the bread, then topped with grated cheese. After a brief bake wrapped in foil, it's finished uncovered for a golden top. Ideal as a snack or appetiser, it serves two to four people.
