Cheesy Hamburger Dip
This hearty dip combines browned hamburger with melted Velveeta cheese for a rich and creamy texture. A small onion is fried with the meat, while the cheese is gently melted with a dash of milk. Hot sauce and optional salsa add a tangy kick. The mixture is combined in a crock pot and cooked until hot and bubbly, making it an ideal savoury snack for a crowd. The recipe yields about 6 servings and takes around 60 minutes to prepare and cook.
