Cheesy Hamburger and Broccoli Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheese soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Minute Rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  3. Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in the cream of chicken soup and cheese soup, mixing them into the beef.
  5. Add 1 cup of water, being careful not to fill the skillet too much to leave space for the rice and broccoli.
  6. Bring the mixture in the skillet to a boil.
  7. Stir in 1 cup of rice.
  8. Add 1 cup of broccoli florets, using less if your skillet is crowded.
  9. Let the skillet simmer for 5 minutes.
