Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 ounces rotini pasta, boiled and drained (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 cups broccoli florets, partially cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup crushed seasoned croutons
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled pasta, diced ham, one cup of the cheddar cheese, the broccoli florets and chopped green pepper.
- Mix the Miracle Whip with the milk, then stir this into the pasta mixture until it is evenly coated.
- Transfer the combined mixture into a 9x13 inch baking pan that has been lightly greased.
