Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chicken stove top stuffing mix
  • 120 g cooked ham, chopped
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup old cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Pour the hot water over the stuffing mix and stir until it is just moistened, then set it aside.
  2. Place the chopped ham and thawed broccoli florets into a 13x9-inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, stir together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese, then pour this mixture over the ham and broccoli.
