Ingredients
- 2 Schar white ciabatta rolls
- 40 g light cheddar cheese (finely grated)
- 4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 1 garlic cloves (peeled but leave whole)

- Lightly coat the ciabatta halves with low calorie spray and bake them for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven, add the chopped tomatoes and grated cheese, then finish with a sprinkle of parsley. Bake again until the cheese is fully melted.
