Cheesy Flat Bread
This cheesy flat bread is an adaptation of a classic recipe. It uses a convenient base of thawed frozen dough, which is pressed into a pan, brushed with oil, and seasoned with paprika, basil, and garlic. A generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese is added before the dough is left to rise. After baking, the result is a golden, savoury bread ideal for pairing with soups or enjoyed on its own.
Ingredients

- olive oil
- 2 -3 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
