Cheesy Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) French bread, cut into 40 slices
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • ripe sliced ripe olives (optional)

Method

  1. Combine the shredded Swiss cheese with the mayonnaise, sour cream and Italian salad dressing mix in a bowl.
  2. Take each slice of French bread and spread the cheese mixture onto one side, then scatter the diced red and green bell peppers over the top.
