This slow cooker lasagna is an ideal Italian potluck dish. It layers uncooked noodles with seasoned meat, spaghetti sauce, and a trio of cheeses including ricotta and mozzarella. The recipe is designed as a base you can adapt with additions like pepperoni or a different sauce. It cooks unattended in the crockpot for 5 hours, resulting in a rich, cheesy bake that serves eight people.
